Meet Our Team
Meet the team behind The Vista at Hammock Cove in Naples, FL. Our senior living professionals are rooted in hospitality and driven by compassionate, person-centered care.
Originally from the state of Michigan, Leslie currently lives in Naples, Florida where she is responsible for planning, overseeing, and directing the day-to-day operations at The Vista at Hammock Cove. Her passion and dedication for serving others inspired to receive her Bachelors of Science in Social work, which brought her to a career in Senior Living. She is also a Nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified in MORC (Mental Health First Aid and Crisis Intervention), and is certified in Holistic Health and Nutrition.
Originally from Wisconsin, Bill has lived in Florida for the last 20 years working as a Maintenance Director. He has worked in Senior living for over 5 years and really enjoys listening to residents’ life stories. He enjoys spending his work days helping residents by providing them with a safe, comfortable, and clean home environment.
Ricardo is originally from Cuba and brings a variety of education and experience to our Lifestyles program. He graduated from the University in 2003, majoring in Education, and in 2008 he obtained a Masters Degree in Science. From 2003 to 2012, he was a professor at the University and thereafter found his passion in Senior Living working in the Lifestyles department. Ricardo enjoys serving others and his cheerful personality spreads joy throughout the community.
